Citigroup needed a secure welcome kit that would make the first interaction with the Citi Strata Elite card feel premium. The package also needed to protect its contents through fulfillment.
Our Approach
- Paired a triple black e flute shipper with a rigid portfolio wrapped in specialty black materials.
- The welcome kit is enhanced with black, silver and white foil that contrasts against the black background
- Integrated magnets for a secure portfolio closure, plus peel and seal tape and tear tape on the outer shipper.
- Added a concealed well for a second authorized user card and assembled the kits on site for credit card fulfillment.
The Result
The finished kit balances security, protection and premium presentation. The shipper opens cleanly, the magnetic portfolio creates a satisfying tactile experience, and the concealed card well adds an element of discovery.
