JohnsByrne partnered with HH Global to develop an envelope and ticket promotion for Xfinity. The tickets would be given away at Xfinity / Comcast store locations as a means of promoting the 2024 Paris Summer Olympic Games.

Our Approach

  • Our structural design team developed several designs to showcase to Xfinity
  • As the project evolved, we explored options for achieving the metallic gold look
  • Along with material selection, we were developing a mechanism for keeping the envelope closed and evaluated glue as well as a tab closure
  • Digitally printed prototypes were produced for review

Solution

Silver met poly material was chosen and printed with white along with two hits of a custom yellow to produce the rich gold color. For the closure, a notch is used to keep the flap in place until opening. The envelope also features a large embossed X logo that’s enhanced with a gloss coating. As part of our complete solution, we also provided fulfillment of the lenticular ticket and drop shipment to the retail locations.
