What format should files be sent in?

Please send files in their native format with the font zipped. All images should be included in high-resolution (300 dpi).

What platforms do you currently support?

We support both Mac and PC, preferably Mac.

Which software applications does JohnsByrne’s prepress department use?

Adobe Creative Cloud. We keep our Adobe Creative Cloud updated so you will not have any difficulties sending any updated files.

Are PDF files acceptable?

Yes, we accept all PDF files. All imagery should be at 300dpi. Please no RGB files. All RGB files will be converted. Please send single pages as opposed to spreads.

What types of proofs do you offer?

G7 high-resolution proofs for color and low-resolution mock-ups of the actual piece.
