Image Skincare was updating and refreshing the artwork and packaging for their Daily Prevention line. JohnsByrne has partnered with the brand for years and worked with them to help bring their vision for this packaging refresh to life.
Our Approach
- Initial development included testing with Scodix enhancements to aid in the evaluation process
- For the pearlescent coating testing, JohnsByrne created various drawdowns using (3) different pearlescent coatings with different particle sizes to test and illustrate the effect for evaluation
- After receiving revised artwork, ink drawdowns on silver mylar including dull and gloss coating were created for review along with color comps
The Result
The final package was printed on a foilboard and features a color gradient, embossing and debossing for a dynamic and impactful packaging refresh.
